## Emacs Progress

Tonight I got file templates for phlog and gemlog posts
setup. This was one of the big things I missed from vim.
I still do not have emacs auto adding dates in these
templates, but I have an idea of how to accomplish this.

## Skipping the video watching tonight

I admit it... against my better judgement I have a youtube
addiction. I regularly binge watch vintage computure and
linux channels. There are infinite better ways to spend my
time. This will require some discipline.

## My dog

My dog was stung by a bee yesterday. Half his face was
swollen and he got hives which he scratched till he bled.
I called a vet since they were all closed in my town
yesterday, she said to give him 1 1/2 benedryls every 8
hours. My family reports that he is back to normal today
(I traveled out of town at 0400 this morning).
