There are two types of graphics files used with RIPterm. RIP command images, and icons. The icon format is basically identical to the Borland (BGI) bitmap standard with the palette removed. RipScript images and menus are basically vector graphics, sort of like WMF or NAPLPS files, with the drawback that they are in a fixed 640x350x16 screen. >I am interested in writing a program (in Pascal, C, or VB) that will convert >Windows BMP bitmaps or WMFs to the RIP format, but I need the RIP guide, or >whatever there is in terms of RIP format specs. I've seen at least one crippleware program to convert Windows Metafile to RipScript, it might be better to wait for RIP 2.0 before starting anything new. Quite a bit of RipScript info is available at: ftp.ripco.com:/pub/rip Ripco has no connection with RIP or Telegrafix. -- kadokev@ripco.com Kevin Kadow FREE Usenet/Mail, inexpensive Internet - Ripco...
