Would anyone mind helping create an ascii version of the Oceania Flag?

It is a wave on the background, dark above and light below, with two
dolphins swimming in a circle... Something like this:

The dolphins are where my talent is lacking most.  They need to be bigger
and more distinguishable as dolphins.
the final size of the flag is not important as long as it is less than
standard page-width (80 col).
