     Capacity, the pragmatically idealistic webzine, seeks 
submissions of poetry, short fiction, random diatribe, political 
statements/reactions, and art (digital (GIFs preferred, <100K), or 
scannable).  Works of art, cultural critiques/analyses, and work 
from schools around the world are Capacity's general focus (foci?).
