for those that asked, the name sarah was not made from a figlet font, nor is it
from an alphabet.  here's what i did.  i used a word processor and typed the
word sarah, then i changed the font to something cool and made it like a
200-300 point size.  then i used a paint program and captured the word sarah. 
i cropped it then saved it as a gif.  then i used a gif to ascii converter to
change it into ascii art.  by adjusting the contrast and inverting the end
result i got the word sarah.  It's a very easy process and i suppose you could
make every character.  those who want their name done in a cool way should try
this method.
