It was called The Spider's Web (I think). It had a very nice ASCII graphic on the first page and a long (900+ URLs) numbered list in no particular order of neat web sites. This list included many with Macintosh info and lots of pointers to ASCII graphics. I first heard about it on comp.sys.mac.misc (I think), but I lost the URL when my previous internet provider suddenly went out of business.
