Uh huh... Paramount often releases GIFs to the 'net, over a year
before TNG ended, and uses really cheap modellers and Sternbach
designs the ships over a weekend, while vacationing in Fiji. 

Bleah, that GIF is bad. Anyhow, no, it isn't a "real" NCC-1701-E
image. Just someone's rendering job of a model. It isn't bad, but
it isn't insanely great either.
