There haven't been any studies on it, as far as I know. >(and, there's not enough people using Dvorak to really do a good study) ... sorry to cut here, but if you refer to RSI (= Repetative Strain Injury) then it's not the keyboard type itselft (Dvorak or QWERTZ (german version)) but rather the fact that the keyboard is one big block and one has to hold the hands in a position which is not straight to the arms.
