A picture of clouds might be art, but not the clouds themselves unless they are man-made. I think that the one requirement of art is that it is a product of human activity. If you look at the Indo- European root of the word 'art' which is related to the word 'arm', it means 'to make.' So an arrangement of clouds or a sunset may be beautiful, but they are not art. : making, cooking, making hot air balloons, architecture, music, and : anything else you can think of. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ No, it must be the product of human activity.
