Of course its big.  What other editor comes with a recipe for cookies,
the ability to play tetris, a big online tutorial, a psycho-analyst,
and I am not sure but isnt Zippy the pinhead (yow) also included in Emacs?

Heck you can even run yow through the psychoanalyst.  It can also
generate flame mail or mail with certain keywords that the government
looks for.  There is enough stuff in Emacs that you ouldteach a full 
graduate level course on it if you wanted to.

Everybody here at Binghamton U uses emacs.  If I actually knew how to
do all that neat stuff I would write Emacs for Dummies.  Unfortunately
keeping up with mail and news and my actual life away from a terminal
takes too much time for me to become the Emacs guru I would like to
be.
