i distinctly remember Bob Allison (boba@wwa.com) saying...

you  needn't  make a  separate  html file  for the
faq... you could always   just send it   through a
perl script  to make the  translations.  (nice and
easy: everything  into  &entities  and then  parse
"&lt;a href" back into "<a   href", et cetera.   i
implement this on a few pages of my own.)

but personally, i like the FAQ just the way it is.
