Rapier@po-box.mcgill.ca e-mailed me to show how to change the windows
startup screen. Apparently he doesn't exist so it is:

                         between Unix and Windows

Open c:\windows\system\vgalogo.rle, edit it and save it as mylogo.rle.
Then enter this:

   COPY ..\WIN.COM WIN.OLD
   COPY /B WIN.CNF+VGALOGO.LGO+MYLOGO.RLE ..\WIN.COM
