   I haven't posted the FAQ in a couple of weeks because I wanted to 
update it first.  That process is more involved than I thought.  I have 
to check all the URLs to see if they still work, as well as add new 
material.  I'm not finished with it yet, but it seems that I should post 
the 4.9 anyway.
