I am also not a computer science person. I am a graduate student in Genetics who does ASCII art as a creative release. You would be surprised by how many scientists are artists. We are not as cold and logical as everyone supposes. The internet is a great source of information for me. It is also fun! However, I am not a computer nerd in any way shape or form. 8-) Tina
