I write games with extended ascii characters and ansi colours instead of graphics, but manually coding them takes ages, so I wrote myself a program to quickly draw ascii stuff. I probably wouldn't have bothered if I'd known TheDraw existed, but I just downloaded TheDraw to have a look at it, and it seems pretty fiddley to use, so possibly some people might prefer to use mine, it's self explanatory. You can't download my program anywhere, but I could email it to anyone who's interested. Here's a(the ;)) small list of features: -Fully mouse controlled(TheDraw is not fully), but typed input also possible. -250 extended ascii chars, 7, 8, 10, 13, 255, and 0 not available. all colours -Customisable palette of 'brushes(char+foreground colour+background colour)' -Colour mixes screen -25 or 50 line mode -Auto draws the correct single or double lines, so no stuffing around with corners and junctions -Toggles to not/overwrite char, foreground, background -Left and right mouse buttons hold seperate brushes It's not nearly the large, polished, product that TheDraw is, but it's simple, and it does everything I need.
