Hopefully things will pick up a bit when the cold weather kicks in.  It's been
a fairly quiet time in BBS land in general these past four months or so.

Basically you run a background service under Synchronet, it connects to our
network to send and receive messages, telegrams, presence data, etc.  The idea
is that users on any BBS in the network can see who's online, and interact in
various ways in real-time.  A suite of new and old games being played by users
across the network allegedly makes things more interesting than they'd be on a
standalone BBS.
