This message area is for discussion on RadioSport - Contesting in Ham
Radio...as well as for Special Event Stations.

There is at least one contest every weekend, and one can work toward
such awards as WAS (Worked All States), WAC (Worked All Continents),
DXCC (DX Century Club), and more.

Special Event Stations are usually set up at various locations, in
conjunction with the "special events" being held there. Those working
those stations can get a very nice certificate.

Note that I am working on preparing batchfiles for these message areas,
and it may take some time to get these posts going.

Also, since I consider messages over 30 days old to be out of date on
my BBS, these messages are deleted after that point, and reposted once
a month, with new information, when required.
