Florida? Sane?  Are you familiar with "Florida Man"? ;)  Also, I've visited Florida before, and I think it's too hot and humid in the summer for my taste.  Also, hurricanes.

Although there is the crime in parts of the area here, I live in a suburb where I think it's not so bad.  I still enjoy things here.
