has always been done, in exactly the same way.  <SHRUG>

I do *NOT* usually quote an entire message, and do exactly what you're 
suggesting - show only the relevant bits.

So, in a previous message, you said it *WAS* hard on some computers, and 
that's why some people don't do it.  Now you say it is very easy.  Quite 
a flip-flop there.  So is your position now that the non-quoters are 
doing it out of willful stubborn-ness or ignorance?
