Attepting to telnet to that address and port combination results in a
"network unreachable" error.  Attempting to telnet to that address on the
default port results in a connection to deuce's board.

That makes me think the service is either down, has changed ports, or is no
longer offered.

You might want to ask about it in the synchronet irc as deuce often hangs
out there.
