Subj : vert returning error code 60

I have not been able to log into vert.synchro.net:23 for a while now. Is there
an issue? QWK works fine. I can get into cvs just fine. on the check bbs i am
getting that error code 60 from vert.synchro.net.  Does anyone else have that
problem. Thank you.
