At Rural King I saw a Charles Daly semi auto that was cheaper than anythinh el 
se.  Not sure who makes them, since but nowadays they're a brand name only
that's owned by Chiappa in Italy.  If I had to guess they're made by Akkar in
Instanbul, Turkey.  Chiappa has been importing their shotguns for awhile
