If you want to get real choosy on what an M1 is, there's a buttload of Iver Johson "paratrooper" carbines made during the late 1950's people believe are authentic. The anomaly in this market is the Karh Arms /Auto Ordnance Thompsons. Auto Ordnance made so many spare parts during WWII, new rifles are made of mostly "new old stock" parts left over from WWII. --- þ Synchronet þ The Cave BBS - Since 1992 - cavebbs.homeip.net .
