Subj : Lever To : ALL From : JIMMY ANDERSON Date : Wed Sep 09 2020 10:28 am I still don't have a 'truck gun' - my wife has a Sub2000 9mm PCC and loves it, but I have decided I don't care for the 'pistol grip' and that iron sight system. I'm more of a tradionalist, so I've been looking for a .357 Lever Action. There are other reasons... I heard a podcaster say something to the effect of, "doesn't look like a scary, black gun (an AR) - but looks like a 'cowboy' gun!" Plus, he said, he has one that is old and beat up looking, so if his truck is stolen he's lost a $200 gun instead of a $1500 AR-15. :-) Any thoughts out there? I've found a .44 magnum Rossi at the local store, but really wanted a .357 instead... Plus I've been wanting to get a SAA in a larger caliber, like a .32, but if I had a .357 lever I could just get a single action 'cowboy' .357 to have as a backup truck gun too! .... We should back the Metric System every inch of the way. --- MultiMail/Mac v0.52 þ wcQWK 8.0 ÷ Omicron Theta * Memphis, TN * winserver.org .
