We should back the Metric System every inch of the way. When the market bottom fell out after the last election, I parted together a b asic M4 clone for $400. AR's can be had for cheap if you're patient and do some shopping. Highest priced items on it were the barrel and bolt carrier group, and I got the Mossberg barrel for $89 and the Toolcraft BCG for $70. Freefloat tube was $60, upper receiver was an Aero Precision cosmetic blem for $60. Buffer tube, buffer and spring were $45. Lower parts kit was $55. Lower receiver was $50 and the rest was small things like a gas tube for $11 and a cheap gas block for $20. I had a stock and flash hider sitting around. --- þ Synchronet þ The Cave BBS - Since 1992 - cavebbs.homeip.net .
