I get the impression that comitting suicide in this case would not necessarily be about ending it all, but more for the attention factor. When the person ends it all, they're hoping for the people that didin't notice them to suddenly wish they knew them, or think they could have stopped this is they had only reached out. Some of that remorse will happen, then soon disappear. Other kids will fall under the radar and no one will make a change. Going out in a blaze of "glory" garners way more attention. Leave behind a note or a manifesto, and it will be on the news regardless how poorly written or illogical it is. --- þ Synchronet þ The Cave BBS - Since 1992 - cavebbs.homeip.net .
