Vk> Anyone seen this behaviour? And better still, anyone have a Vk> solution? I'm not a Debian expert, but I do use a couple of Raspberry Pi's running Raspbian (which is basically Debian Stretch). What has always worked fine for me is to edit /etc/dhcpcd.conf and just add the following block on to the end of the file: interface wlan0 static ip_address=192.168.1.99/24 static routers=192.168.1.1 static domain_name_servers=192.168.1.1 That's it. Obviously adjust IP's and maybe the interface name to suit. ....
