## Acupuncture Small recreative acupuncture and tuina. by 20h ## Qualification I am a professional medical doctor with a specialisation in common and family medicine from Germany. I am a state-certified acupuncturist from the Saxonian medical association and I have an a-diploma in acupuncture. In October I am planning to get the master degree in acupunture. The master courses in tuina is part if becoming the master of east asian medicine. ## Intro Acupuncture See last acupuncture talk. gopher://bitreich.org/0/con/2022/rec/acupuncture.md * We use points which cross anatomical structures. * We have central and peripheral reactions acupuncture uses. * There are different point classes. * All is aligned to a big theoretical model (Yin, Yang, Qi, five phases etc.) * There is a non-Chinese acupuncture with scientific background from Europe and Germany. * Ear acupuncture was developed in Europe and first in France. ## Intro TuiNa This is the Chinese way of manual therapy, where massage is a part of. Mostly this is used in addition to acupuncture. For example see a muscle: * You can use a needle to make it soft again. * If it is a big muscle, a needle is too small for the whole muscle. * What shall we do? * Use your hands! ## Practical Acupuncture Since you require a medical license for inserting needles, this will consist of 20h asking you questions and giving you a free acupuncture treatment according to your status. ## Practical TuiNa We will train together self-massages and in which situations you help.
