## What Have We Achieved?

* First see my talk from bitreichcon 2018
	* gopher://bitreich.org/0/con/2018/rec/state-of-bitreich.md
* Much has been done:
	* our projects are evolving and useful
		* drist, notes, geomyidae, sacc ...
	* annna is now funnier than ever
	* suckless is nearly completely conquered
	* parties happened (GDPR, brcon, randomly on Fridays)
	* game room is there for everyone to use
	* gopher is striving

## Bitreichcon 2018

* First see my talk at bitreichcon 2018 for a summary

* We had up to 15 listeners for the talks on radio!
* Six people visited for real the conference venue.
* The IRC was overactive for questions.
* We had remote talks and they actually worked. :D
	* Simplicity pays in long term.

## Bitreichcon 2019

* It will happen at my home place, in Callenberg, Germany.
* It will happen one of the first three weekends in August.
	* (As the community voted as of 2018-12-26!)
* Timeplan:
	* until Feb 2019
		* have logo ready and the exact date
		* start Call for Papers
		* start Call for Registration
	* until Jul 2019
		* Have schedule ready and the exact venue, based on the number
		  of people registered. (Please register or I can't plan!)
* Based on the number of people I will organize sleeping places and
  transportations.
* No conference fees.
* Bring your joke!

## Future Plans For Bitreich

* Keep the fun in the project.
	* Basic principle of bitreich.
	* New meme hashtag support in annna! Try #french.
* Day of the GrParazyd will be extended after FOSDEM 2019.
* Keep brcon as a community gathering running.
* Get the gopher search going in 2019.
* Somehow get the members more involved.
