Phlog System

There is now a working phlog system on bitreich. As a user you simply go to
$HOME, create gopher/phlog there and start writing. A file should have the
following syntax:

	# $year-$month-$day [$hour:$minute:$seconds $TZ (+$HHHH)]\n
	\n
	title\n
	\n
	text ...

The first part of $year-$month-$day is used for display and the title. The
rest can be optional.

The filename is used for sorting. The filename must have the form:

	$year-$month-$dayT$hour-$minute-$seconds-$milliseconds.md

I will publish a script for easy creation of postings to your account.
