Source Code Management at Bitreich

Since the inception of bitreich you might have noticed some changes at

	gopher://bitreich.org/1/scm

Bitreich  has  now  a  full working development environment for software
projects.

Features:
	* stagit-gopher, a gopher git interface (written by Evil_Bob!)
	* git tags provoke a release to be automatically generated
		* gopher://bitreich.org/1/scm/geomyidae/tag
	* sourcecode can be checked out via the git protocol
	* developers use ssh to push changes
	* all changes are posted live to #bitreich-scm on IRC
		* there live discussions can happen

There  are already some projects in our repositories. Another phlog post
will describe those.
