Gopher Tutorials Project

There  is  a  new project at bitreich. To concentrate a documentation of
all documentation to use gopher, about its history in small  articles  /
text  files,  the gopher tutorials project is formed. For now there is a
brief overview of what is planned. All volunteers to write texts or con‐
tribute  links  to  already written texts are welcome. The management of
content is via git. Adding content is simply writing a patch.
