Bitreich FOSDEMnation Meeting 2018

The bitreich fosdemnation meeting 2018 happened with three people of our
nice community appearing. Apart from socializing and finding more  jokes
to make fun of overcomplex hipster topics, we were productive:

* Annna development is now more straightforward.
* Sacc has a kiosk mode patch in the queue.
* Sacc now has a manpage.
* Clic now has a manpage.
* A new gopher ASCII logo is ready to be released.
