Bitreich.org Migrated to Hetzner

Today, the 2018‐03‐11 we migrated from scaleway to hetzner. Scaleway was
using really ugly network hacks, had downtimes, is not able to cope with
IPv6,  so  we had to switch over to some competent network provider. FTP
is now as fast as it should be,  annna  is  running  without  downtimes.
Thanks we switched.
