Bitreichcon 2018 Schedule Change

I have to  announce a schedule change for bitreichcon  2018. Manu Raster
has sent in a  talk, where he talks about »Metadata«,  or how he deals
with  them at  his work.  The talk  will be  held at  13:30 on  Saturday
2018-08-11.  The  Bitreich  IRC  Infrastructure talk  is  moved  to  the
morning.
