#bitreich-nl and #bitreich-lawn now exist.

The userbase of our Dutch members  is growing and so #bitreich-nl is now
an official channel. Most  of it is just fun. We most  of the times talk
in #bitreich-en.

For the  gopher lawn there  is now  a status channel  in #bitreich-lawn.
There our  lovely bot  annna will  present at 7pm  UTC the  current link
status, so  volunteers can help  and fix it.  Because of the  first run,
some links were removed from the lawn.
