Bitreich FOSDEM 2019 Meeting

Like last year, many bitreich people meet at FOSDEM 2019 conference in
Brussels from 2nd to 3rd of February. There is no central meeting planned
or some room booked. FOSDEM is already full of many interesting talks and events.
