Bitreich at FOSDEM 2020

New year, new fun. There will  be bitreichers meeting at FOSDEM 2020, in
Brussels, Belgium. All people from  the whole open source community meet
there and we are there too. Where we meet and where we go depends on the
mood and  the people  who go there.  Every year it  is a  different nice
experience. The people make the experience. :)

If you are interested in meeting bitreich people in real life, just come
on  IRC on  #bitreich-en and  ask  20h for  where everyone  is. He  will
provide more details.
