Gopher Lawn Proposal System

The Gopher Lawn now has a nice new proposing system for new links. Just
go to

	gopher://bitreich.org/1/lawn/submit.dcgi

and you can easily submit a new link. The link will then be shown to the
moderators of the lawn and be added in the right place.
