First Brcon2021 Talk Proposals

Wonderful talk proposals are coming in. To make you excited about what is
coming, I will feature updates on the bitreich timeline.

	* Parazyd will talk about Gopher and TLS and how the revolution
	  is spread.
	* 20h will talk about mRNA vaccines and UNIX in a doctor
	  perspective.
	* Parazyd will talk about Maemo Leste and the open source change
	  in mobile phoning.
	* We will celebrate five years of Bitreich.
	* A BAN party will happen on Saturday.
	* Of course memes and a talk on annna is there.
		* 3D memes? :D
	* A new manifesto addition will be discussed.
