pointtools: Now with pptx2md

Brcon2021  will   begin  tomorrow.  To  allow   corporate  people  still
hesitating to hold a presentation to not attend, there is now a new tool
in pointtools.

Simply take  your corporate pptx,  extract the useful parts  and present
them:

	% pptx2md our-new-product-report.pptx
	% dir2point
	# our-new-product-report.pptx.md will be shown.

Mostly  unnecessary elements  in powerpoint  presentations are  left out
during the conversation. So be aware of that.
