Annna now on irc.libera.chat/#gopherproject too!

With the extension of annna for multi-server support, she is now able to
join irc.libera.chat/#gopherproject and help our gopher comrades there.

They will receive  the bitreich news and have all  the pleasure of annna
features, like memes, URI resolvers etc. There is much to find out!
