Brcon2022: Audio Splitting

People are asking for audio recordings. Due to a lack of time, it is not
possible to make them so fast. As a reaction, there is now the dump
online of the raw recordings:

	gopher://bitreich.org/1/con/dump

The timestamps are the date in ISO format and the time is in CEST.

Only the closing talk could not be recorded due to technical issues.

If you find your way to listen through this and are helpful by simply
cutting the recordings into simple ogg format slices, according to
presentations, this would be great.
