Brcon2023: Weekend Plan.

Brcon2023 is moving into its second phase, where people meet physically.
This means, a regular schedule can't be held. This year a new format is
tried out. When we come to a point, where something related to stuff on
the schedule is done, we will record a podcast and afterwards the
information is uploaded, so people can correlate to us, whenever they
like.

This also allows schedule changes, where one is already planned.

This solves many issues:
	* Many of you live in timezones all over the world.
	* You watch stuff whenever you like, in the speed you like.
		* This can be years in the future.
	* We archive the community activity.
	* The access stays the same easy way as you know it.

Thanks to everyone who joined in the whole week at 20:00 CEST. We had so
much fun so far!

I will try to report back at least in the evening what we did, what we
produced. And of course you will see on IRC, when the people here are
online producing stuff. All is transparent on Bitreich.

What are the exciting things to watch out for:
	* Drone flying
	* Forest walk in mines with a geologist
		* geology hackathon
	* Natural history museum visit
	* A visit to Leipzig, a major trading town with a long history.
		* Visit the Bach Museum there.
	* Hackathon of very productive people contributing to Bitreich
	  all over the year.
