Sfeed Tools repository now online.

People keep on posting simple scripts how sfeed(1) can be reused for more
than just feed reading.

To collect these works for the future generations, there is now a
repository for this:

The initial commit is a sfeed aggregator script, which Evil_Bob made
during brcon2023.
