A STRUCT is haunting the Internet -- the struct of the C programming
language. All the powers of the corporate Internet have entered into a
holy alliance to exorcise this spectre; Google and Mozilla, Microsoft and
Facebook, Linux kernel contributors and Software bloaters.

Where is the party in opposition that has not been decried as
memory-unsafe by its opponents in power? Where the Opposition that has
not hurled back the branding reproach of C programming, against the more
corporate opposition parties, as well as against the reactionary
adversaries?

Two things result from this fact.

I. C programming is already acknowledged by all Internet Powers to be
itself a Power.

II. It is high time that C programmers should openly, in the face of the
whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet
this nursery tale of the struct of the C programming language with a
Manifesto of the party itself.

To this end, C programmers of various nationalities have assembled on
