OpenRA Mods GangBAN on 2024-04-26 tomorrow!

The community has decided to hold a GangBAN tomorrow on 2024-04-26. There
will be two meeting times for different people from different continents
on the globe:

	15:00 CEST -- play against the Aussies
	20:00 CEST -- play against the Europeans/USA/South America
