Brcon2024: Food Planning, RFC

Dear people planning to come to brcon2024, please let us know, if you
have any restrictions on food (allergy, type of food, dislike), so we can
plan ahead.

For the hackathon days, there will be free snacks, tea, coffee and food
in the morning and afternoon, served next to the conference room.

During lunch and dinner we are planning to go out into different
restaurants in Vitre. The variety is from original French restaurant
(frog legs!) to a good Chinese restaurant.
