It lists a lot of phlogs and with that, it solves one of the
weaknesses of the Gopher space, which is discoverability.

Gopher hosting providers, like SDF and some tilde-towns, list
their users Gopher phlogs. But Gopher holes and phlogs outside
these providers are difficult to find.

Logout created and maintains the Bongusta! phlog aggregator,
which makes the phlogs listed there discoverable.
