So I'm thinking that earthlight.xyz will be a tilde, but only in
the loosest sense of the word. By that I mean communication will
primarily be all about security, so to that end, I want to make
a chat group based on the tox protocol, using a client like
the toxic client, which is commandline. Of course, I'm still
interested in possibly integrating stuff about BBSes into the
tilde, not just adverts for my zine. 

Basically, I want to combine the old with the new in as much a 
way possible. The more decentralization, the better! What does
everyone think of the tox protocol, and any advice for tech that
is p2p, LAN or otherwise a private group messaging software?
I'd also like to do UUCP and USENET. I'll be thinking about
all I want to incorporate later.
